We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping; we apologize for any inconvenience this causes and are working to offer broader shipping options in the future.

Shipping options, carriers, and service levels may vary based on order size, weight, or destination.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.
We generally ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Handling times may be affected by weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an address appears invalid or unverifiable, we may contact you for clarification and hold the order for up to one calendar week while awaiting confirmation. If no confirmation is received we will cancel and refund the order at our convenience.

Orders successfully delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not our responsibility.
Returned Packages & Delivery Exceptions
If an order is returned to us due to a delivery exception (such as an undeliverable address):

We will contact the customer to arrange free redelivery

If we do not receive a response within 7 calendar days, the order may be cancelled and refunded
Timelines in these cases are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays are outside of our control. If your shipment appears delayed, please email us (Zach@MultiPartsStore) and we’ll review what resolution options may be available.

Packages marked Delivered: claims must be submitted within 30 days of reported delivery

Packages not marked delivered: claims must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment date
Lost or stolen package claims are handled case-by-case.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Zach@MultiPartsStore.com with:

Photo documentation of the damaged product (and packaging if available)
If approved, a replacement item will be sent during our next available fulfillment window, if available. If unavailable, a refund will be offered.
Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Orders Placed on Other Platforms
This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed directly on our website.
Orders placed through alternative platforms (such as marketplaces) are governed by the policies and procedures of those platforms.
